We are currently looking for a Part timer to join the team.

We are searching for someone who shares our approach to hospitality but will also bring their own passion and enthusiasm to the team. The ideal candidate would have barista experience within speciality coffee, however we can offer full training for the right person.

​

At Little Victories, we offer speciality espresso and pour over filter, as well as a small selection of cakes, fresh doughnuts and sandwiches. We believe in a casual, yet professional and attentive approach to service, where we really get to know our customers. We challenge ourselves to consistently deliver exceptional quality and service every time, whilst remaining a fun place to work.

​What’s required:

• Weekend availability

• Strong interest in coffee

• Barista experience in a high volume environment preferred

• Professional but relaxed & friendly approach to service

• A real people person with a genuine enjoyment of hospitality

This part time role is weekend focused, and will involve working most weekends.  We are also flexible for weekends off when needed.

8-15 hrs per week, additional hours may be available for candidates with weekday flexibility.

​

We offer a starting rate of £11.50 an hour (rising to £12 in April), additional training and industry certifications will be offered to long term candidates. Free and lunch are offered free of charge when working.
