We need a Supervisor!

At Little Victories, we offer specialty espresso and filter coffee by day, alongside a simple high quality evening offering of coffee cocktails, craft beer and natural wines.

We are looking for a professional and dedicated Supervisor/Assistant Manager to help lead Little Victories. Our standards are very high and we're looking for someone who shares our approach to hospitality but will also bring their own passion, enthusiasm, and ideas to the business.

​

Responsibilities include: general barista in the day time, cocktail & wine service in the evening, a small amount of food prep, leading small team in tandem with manager, opening/closing, staff training, stock control, and cashing up.

​

What’s required:

• 40-45 hours per week 

• Interest in and passion for coffee, beer and wine

• Barista skills in high volume environment – preferably Speciality

• Professional but relaxed & friendly approach to service

• Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for people
